1 Touch is played in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. This is the most competitive and social league with some of the best sides in the country playing in the top division. The league is shared between Brackenfell, Kuilsriver and Kraaifontein Rugby Clubs. Please make sure to check with the League Manager to see where we will be playing next.

From Paarl on N1:
– Follow N1 and take exit 28 for M100/Brackenfell Boulevard toward Brackenfell
– Continue straight onto Goede Hoop Ave
– Turn left onto Witels St
– Continue to find Brackenfell Club.

From Cape Town on N1:
– Follow N1 and use the middle lane to take exit 25-Bellville E for M31/Old Oak-Weg/Old Oak Road toward Bellville E (turn right over N1)
– Turn left onto Frans Conradie Dr/M25
– Turn left onto Brackenfell Blvd/M10
– Turn right onto Goede Hoop Ave
– Turn left onto Witels St
– Continue to find Brackenfell Club.
Kuilsriver Rugby Club as venue:
From Paarl on N1:
– Follow N1 and take exit 27 for R300 toward Mitchells Plain/Cape Town International Airport
– Take exit 25 for R102/Van Riebeeck Rd toward Kuilsrivier/Bellville
– Turn left onto Van Riebeeck Rd/R102
– Turn left onto Langverwacht Rd
– At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Langverwacht Rd
– Turn right onto Jagters St and continue to find Kuilsriver Rugby Club on your right.

From Cape Town on N1:
– Continue on N1. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 27 toward R300/Mitchells Plain
– Take exit 25 for R102/Van Riebeeck Rd toward Kuilsrivier/Bellville
– Turn left onto Van Riebeeck Rd/R102
– Turn left onto Langverwacht Rd
– At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Langverwacht Rd
– Turn right onto Jagters St and continue to find Kuilsriver Rugby Club on your right.
Kraaifontein Rugby Club as venue:
From Paarl on N1:
– Follow N1 and take exit 32 for M15/Brighton Road
– Turn right onto Brighton Rd/M15 (signs for Brighton Road/Durbanville)
– At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Darwin Rd
– Turn left onto Dan King Rd
– Turn right onto Sarel Van Deventer and continue to find Kraaifontein Rugby Club.

– Follow N1 and take exit 32 for M15/Brighton Road
– Merge (keep left) onto Brighton Rd/M15
– At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Darwin Rd
– Turn left onto Dan King Rd
