The World Cup of Touch begins on Wednesday and for the 109 South Africans leaving today, it is a journey that began over 2 years ago!

Hours of preperation and training have gone into this World Cup and South Africa will have hopes of maintaining its position of number 3 in the world behind Australia and New Zealand although stiff competition is expected from England.

Bulls Fans Taken Out By Stormers Supporters

The supporters of the Bulls lost to a team of Stormers supporters in a big match pre showdown on Friday morning in Cape Towns Northern Suburbs… The KFM Breakfast team + a few fans and a few Celebs including Toks Vd Linde, Werner Greef and Corne Krige took on the likes of Marius Hurter and Justin Swart as well as SA Touch Player Siraj Leggit in an entertaining game.

The match was refereed by Bryan Habana and ably assisted by In 2 Touch and National ref Zibi Ferreira.

The game was eventually won by the Stormers fans by 8 to 5

T.v. Interviews For World Cup Players

S.A.B.C. 3 will be interviewing various world cup touch rugby players on T.V. at 06h30 in the morning from Monday the 6th of June , the show Expresso will have interviews at this time each day of the week.
