In2Touch is happy to announce the opening of a new league venue in January. The Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg were crying out for a league night.

Muizenberg welcomed the Four Cousins Hot Summer of Touch on Saturday with a pleasant day. In comparison to 2010’s 100km winds, one could have said the weather conditions were perfect for Touch Rugby.

The action was intense on the field and the implementation of the new rules brought a completely different dimension to the games…

The series is completely open and the results yesterday provided some surprises with the defending Muizenberg and overall Champion Jive Galaxy Warriors not making the Quarter Finals and collecting 0 points on the day.

The final result was also a surprise with the Two a Transport Warriors outplaying the Living Legends in the final to take their Maiden Hot Summer of Touch Pro Series Win. The result in the final was 2 -1.

The Two a Transport Warriors caused an upset in the final on Saturday to take their Maiden Win…

After being comprehensively beaten in the Round Robin competion by the “Legends”, the Warriors pulled it together and played a tactical and clinical final.
